Thirty-five high-income allottees have identified their house lots at Felicity F1 Phase One, East Coast Demerara, the Department of Public Information (DPI) said.

DPI published its report on 13 October 2026.

Surveyors from the Ministry of Housing guided the beneficiaries to their lots, DPI said.

The allottees can now begin planning construction, it said.

Felicity was also part of an earlier round of allocations. In April 2025, the Ministry of Housing and Water gave out lots at Felicity and three other East Coast Demerara schemes. High-income applicants were in the group called on the second day.

That round was part of the government's 2020-2025 housing plan to cut the housing backlog.
